How to measure my feet?

  1. Draw a straight line, longer than your foot, on a piece of paper
  2. Place the paper on a flat surface
  3. Stand on the line with your heel and longest toe centered on the line
  4. Place a mark on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel
  5. The size you measured will serve you in choosing the right flip-shoe.
  • Link is a flexible flip-shoe. If your feet are between 2 sizes, we recommend you take a size down for better grip.

I can’t find my size

Our sizes go from 230mm to 300mm. If your feet size is smaller or larger - Sorry, this is outside our capabilities this time.

Choosing multiple flip-shoes

If you’ve pledge more than one shoe and now you can’t select the followings, most probably you just need scroll down your mobile screen.

When you access to survey through your backer purchase email, the platform will recognize your pledge.

Then, in one slide you will choose size and color for the first shoe, and then on the next slide, the same for the second and last shoe. And go on, in case you ordered more than two!

Where do you ship from and what about custom duties?

As a startup, we currently do not have freight, distribution and warehousing in every country to provide that service for you. Our shoes are shipped fast and safely out from China to your doorstep. Having said this, relevant duties and VAT may still apply depending on local customs and regulations. Please be reminded that customs are to be covered by the receiver. We are sorry if that causes any inconvenience. In any case, the TAX shouldn’t be very high, as the price of the product isn’t either.

Refunds

We are a small startup and sorry we can’t accept refunds.

In case of wrong sizing we will accept exchanges, shipping cost assumed by the customer Regarding the no refund policy, we want to share the main reasons:

1. During the campaign we have incurred expenses and payments to third parties, directly related to the success of the campaign and your contribution.

2. After receiving Indiegogo payment, we order and bought all the materials to our suppliers As you can imagine and know, this is not a regular ecommerce campaign. It’s a crowdfunding campaign, and we need your help and commitment to pursue our dreams.

Warranty

As we are a Startup we work with limited budget and can’t offer a warranty period at the moment.

Therefore, it’s not the first time that we work with that factory and we have all the processes controlled. Each pair goes through Quality Control so we assure that backers will get an amazing quality shoe!

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
